If you are obsessed with vintage like I am then you have know about Linda Derector. She has an amazing little shop in Nolita but if you can’t get to the actual shop she does have an online store where you can get the wildest vintage sunglasses to finish out this blazing hot summer.

Vintage vibes from this Miami Beach or Palm Springs inspired collection. I always love a wacky sixties woman.

I fell hard for these sweet dresses when I saw them at the Negri Firman preview where I was introduced to the label Giulietta that is designed by Sofia Sizzi, who is an Italian designer who honed her chops at Gucci and Calvin Klein but now creates out of her own downtown New York City studio. The collection has a vintage vibe that I couldn’t resist. I immediately heard songs in my head by Dusty Springfield and Loretta Lynn.

You know what they say, it’s not all about what’s on the outside. Yes, today I am talking lingerie. I visited the gorgeous ladies Arin Robinson and Jessie Zinke behind the line ZINKE to get a peek of what lays beneath the surface. These designs are definitely made to be seen in the light of day and into the night.
By now you know I love all things with vintage vibes so I was naturally drawn to the delicate styles of silk bralets, high waisted knickers and lace jumpers in a color palette straight out of a 70’s Kodachrome photo. I can totally imagine Kathleen Turner sweating through these intimates in Body Heat.
