A street style snap of me outside the Libertine show during NYFW. Thanks @NYCStreetfile but I have to correct my clothing credits.

I am not a morning person. I wish I was. I really, really do. As more often than not, I was running late. I had a fully booked day of running around pulling samples from showrooms. I needed to be ready in five minutes. Like five minutes ago. My silk romper c/o Rebecca Minkoff did the trick.
Up and out the door in 20 minutes flat. Threw my hair in a bun, red lipstick applied, Tom Ford Nikitas on my peepers, vintage butterfly belt and my leopard Timeless shoes with Melissa flats on stand by in my Muse bag.
I know everyone is beginning to think about fall layering again but I love the ease of summer dressing. Nothing extra except accessories.
the color of sand
It was one of those days when the sun was deceiving me. Is it warm? It has to be, it’s so bright out. It was a late afternoon trick.
I went incognito and tried to get all chameleon-like by matching the sandy beach. Possibly to distract from the paleness of my skin? I dunno. I accomplished this by pairing an easy dress c/o Rebecca Minkoff with my treasured Perfecto by Schott canvas jacket. I gave it a lil’ sparkle with my Allsaints sequined vest and dash of glam with my Tom Ford Nikita cat eyes. Suede lace up sandals from MIA.
I know it’s summer and I am getting to the beach a bit but I seriously miss San Sebastian.
