Diane Von Furstenberg at The Rainbow Room, 1972. Sequins and Fur at my favorite NYC landmark. I was lucky enough to attend while it was open.
She is so stunning. What? No more Rainbow Room?! I had cocktails there once. Super views and super swank.

There is a wink-wink to Dali and Schiaparelli without the collection becoming a joke. The influences are a loving yet completely wearable tribute.
To me, Diane Von Furstenberg is just such an inspirational woman. And her clothes are a reflection of that.
