I am going to fantasize about the @katespadeny #pink+orange #hat for an unhealthy amount of time. #fashion #nyfw #dayinthelife #stylist (at Center 548)

Temperley London
Pre-Fall ‘13 I am obsessed with the whole collection.

My mom sent me this box of vintage cards that she found at my great aunt’s in Miami. I think it’s safe to say I have uncovered the fashion inspiration for Marc Jacobs and Louis Vuitton fall collections. No?

If I was in New York I would totally start rocking this white Lacoste Live! fedora. Hopefully I would not make that silly face again.

L’Wren Scott nails it with this cheeky prints collection. Love the model too. Who is she?!

Get on it fellas. While at ANTENNA magazine I always found Korean-based designer Bumsuk Choi’s General Idea to be a quirky yet utilitarian collection. It is filled with humor and excellent details. As usual, there are a few pieces I would gladly steal. Take for example, this stars and stripes jumper that takes inspiration from archival hockey images of the teams in the 1968 Winter Olympics. I don’t know much from hockey but I do know that I want this sweater.
This season General Idea collaborated with Launching M on these killer hiking boots and there are lots of accessories to add to your collections of fitted hats and shades.

One of my favorite parts of the job as a stylist is visiting showrooms. One of the nicest to visit in NYC is Hugo Boss. It is a giant loft space with windows looking out over the Hudson River and all the way downtown. The light is so perfect for looking at the beautiful clothing. As you can see from the photos above I went a little crazy with the picture taking. I hope you like some of my favorite pieces from Hugo Boss, BOSS Black & BOSS Orange.

The O’Neill preview gave me a taste of what I want to wear for festival season. Easy high-low skirts with blouses or loose knits paired with a fedora and these red booties. In between bites of delicious breakfast I found cute printed back packs that will be perfect carry all bags to hide cozy knit beanies and maxi dresses for quick changes after a day in the sun.
Go shopping for maxis and more here> O’Neill.

Sometime you get dressed and you can’t do more than pick out your simplest, most basic pieces to get you out the door on time (if you are like me, that is). The key to making those outfits shine with personality is everything else; The Accessories. Here is a preview of what’s in store for FW’12.

Over sized hats are not going away thankfully and here is a beautiful teal topper from the classic kids at Kangol.

Bags are always a great option to be on-trend without buying into a full look of something. Azaya Blue makes such fun neon and studded options. The Navajo print is still going strong but you should get it from the leaders of the pack with the Dopp bag from Pendleton Woolen Mills.

Perhaps you are more interested in something a bit more exotic. Steal from the boys with this Parabellum doctor bag I found at Project Wooster.

Another obsession of mine are scarves. Especially bright over-sized ones! These Kapital ones were lovingly placed at Project Wooster.

Why be boring with a plain iPhone case when you can get the best ones from Incase. I love the new Andy Warhol ones.

Happy Socks came by the ProjectBlogger’s table and gave us their Project Show exclusive. You can get happy with all these dotty styles here.

You didn’t think I’d post an accessories round up without any shoes? Of course not. I saved the best for last. Get a load of these claw boots by Friend of Mine. They come in grey too, if you wondering.
