Sometimes you spend your whole life overlooking a color, then one day it jumps out at you and game over. Chartreuse, where have you been all my life? I have to thank my new friends at Planet Blue for the intro to the mellow yellow. As you know, I am new to LA, so I am finding my way around the fashion scene. “Come visit the store in Santa Monica”, they said; “you will love it!” How did they know that I am a sucker for color organization. It’s where my OCD and love of fashion collide.
I digress, I fell in love with this burnt out velvet, fringe jacket. Not quite a jacket, but, who needs a real jacket now that I live in perpetual sunshine?
